What you need to bring

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics or a related field
  • Very good written and spoken English, ideally level B2, and proficiency in Italian or German depending on the job placement
  • Solid conceptual and analytical skills, together with a structured approach to work​
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Great team spirit, a strong drive to learn and willingness to work closely with people from various departments and backgrounds
  • Openness to travel depending on the job assignment
